Welcome to SerenityYoga.online. By accessing or using this website and our online yoga services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The service
Serenity Yoga provides live and recorded online yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes designed for adults and seniors. Classes are streamed via third-party platforms such as Zoom.
2. Membership & billing
- Plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars at the price shown at signup ($6, $10, or $12 per month).
- New members receive a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not share your login with others, record or redistribute class content, or disrupt live sessions.
4. Health & medical disclaimer
Yoga involves physical activity. You participate at your own risk. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Our full Health Disclaimer is part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, class recordings, illustrations, and materials are the property of Serenity Yoga and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
6. No professional advice
Our content is for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or physical therapy advice, and no instructor–client medical relationship is created.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity Yoga is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of our classes or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
