Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
Every new membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support@serenityyoga.online. When you cancel:
- Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- You can rejoin at any time at the current rate.
Refunds
- Accidental charges: If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the charge in full.
- Dissatisfaction: If our service isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will issue a refund for that billing period — no questions asked.
- Medical circumstances: If a health condition permanently prevents you from participating, contact us for a pro-rated refund of unused time.
How to request a refund
Email support@serenityyoga.online with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
